Summer Camp at Gotta Dance

Check out our weekly show themes to choose your summertime FUN! Dance, act and sing your way through each fun-filled week preparing for your fabulous show on Friday! Create your own costumes, stage sets, props, make-up and hair styles with help from our fantastic staff! Our very active day also includes Wii dance with Dance Dance Revolution, games, crafts, movies and more! Our Jr. Directors program for 11 & 12 year olds allows older campers to assist the director while learning stage management, choreography, set design, and technical production! Summer shows include Star Struck, Fame, Taylor Swift, Best of Broadway, Alice in Wonderland, Princess and the Frog and more - no experience is necessary and everyone takes part in the show! Only $150/week for full day camp!

  • Camp tuition is $150 per week per child.
  • Your first week's payment of $150.00 is required to hold your child's space in the program. This payment is non-refundable and is due with your registration. Tuition for subsequent weeks is due on Friday prior to your next camp week. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal checks. An additional $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned or stop payment checks. We reserve the right to cancel camp if less than 10 campers are registered for the week and will refund payment in that case.
  • Morning drop off anytime after 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and pick-up no later than 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Campers will have dance, drama, and voice each day and will learn choreography, songs, and skits as well as create costumes, props, and scenery.
  • Campers are required to bring two snacks and a lunch that does not require heating or refrigeration.
  • Campers may wear stretchy pants and a t-shirt with tie-on tennis shoes and socks, or dance clothes with ballet or jazz shoes. NO CROCS, SANDALS, or FLIP-FLOPS!! Please dress your camper to remain appropriately covered during dance activities involving stretching, floor work, etc. Remember that scenery painting can get messy!
  • Each Friday's performance at 5:30 p.m. will be a musical theater style show based on the theme for the week (see below).

July 06 - 09Fame!Everybody wants a little Fame and the Gotta Dance version of this favorite combines songs from the original movie and the just-released show to make our performers fabulous!
July 12 - 16Alice in WonderlandWe’ll be painting our theater into a Wonderland as we recreate Alice’s adventures with the Mad Hatter!
July 19 - 23American GirlsOur American Girls will dance, sing and explore history with Felicity, Samantha, Molly, Kit, Chrissa, and the 2010 American Girl, Lanie. Bring your dolls if you like (make sure to label your stuff!)
July 26 - 30Princess and the FrogMeet Disney’s newest princess Tiana and her frog prince who desperately wants to be human again. A fateful kiss leads them both on a hilarious adventure through jazzy New Orleans.
August 02 - 06Taylor SwiftSing along with your favorite Taylor Swift songs as we put on our very own rock concert!
August 09 - 13Awesome 80'sFlashdance, Footloose, Stayin Alive, Dirty Dancin, Grease -- what more can we say--dance movies are awesome! This singing and dancing show is sure to make you Footloose!
